The Cloud received one of the lowest marks in our quality tests because it has a thin seat, made of hard plastic, and a design which feels dated. double buggy with car seat is also more expensive than other strollers that are lighter. It's not the lightest stroller but it comes with enough features to make it worth a look. It's similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but has a few key differences. It's more expensive, but it has a better sun canopy and better maneuverability. It also comes with a handy carry strap that can hold kids up to 44 lbs per seat.
Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants
Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a lightweight stroller packed with features. It's not just light at 13 lbs, but it comes with plenty of storage in the form of child and parent cup holders, a sippy-cup for the child pocket, a parent storage pocket and much more. This stroller can also fit the car seat of a child and has an easy-to-engage brake that is flip-flop friendly. This stroller is designed to expand as your child grows. It can be transformed from a baby stroller to an adult stroller by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children ages 6 months and up.
This stroller only has swivel wheels and no locking feature and therefore may not be the best option for rocky or steep terrain. It's still a good choice for most families, as it is able to be easily maneuvered on pavements and other smooth surfaces.
